A classic with a twist—this vibrant tomato soup balances the natural acidity of crushed tomatoes with a hint of sweetness and aromatic basil. Slow-simmered with onion, garlic and rich vegetable stock, it’s a smooth and comforting dish perfect for cooler days.

Each serve contains approximately 1000–1210 kJ, and is naturally gluten, dairy, and soy free in its base form. Stir through cream or coconut cream for a richer version, or enjoy as is for a lighter option.

Best served piping hot with a garnish of fresh herbs for extra colour and flavour.
