Elegant and earthy, this luxurious mushroom soup is elevated with a drizzle of truffle oil and a touch of thyme. A velvety blend of sautéed mushrooms, onion and garlic, simmered in a rich vegetable broth—optional cream adds depth, but it’s just as delicious dairy-free.

Each portion provides approximately 1250–1470 kJ and 5–7g protein, making it a deeply satisfying, flavour-forward option perfect for colder days or more indulgent lunches.

Naturally gluten and soy free in its base, this soup can be made completely dairy free using coconut cream instead of dairy.

Truffle oil: Organic High-Oleic Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavours, Black Truffle Extract.

Cream: Pasteurised Cream, Mineral Salts (450,500), Thickener (400).

Coconut cream:  Water, Coconut extract 75%, emulsifiers (E435 & E471), stabilisers (E412, E471 & E415), Preservative (E223).
